Dubai · Multidisciplinary advisory

Advising on the health, sustainability and resilience of the built environment

We combine advisory expertise with science, technology and data — working with governments, developers and businesses shaping buildings, communities and cities across the Middle East.

Advisory

What we advise on

Four connected practices. Most projects draw on more than one, which is the reason they sit inside a single firm.

People

Health, well-being & longevity

A signature wellness position for the project, grounded in public health evidence, with monitoring that informs both design decisions and day-to-day policy.

Planet

Sustainability, energy & carbon

Decarbonisation roadmaps, energy and resource performance, aligned with leading local and global frameworks including LEED, BREEAM and Estidama.

Resilience

Smart, resilient & public safety

Technology assessment, digital-twin modelling, early warning, and resilience strategy for climate, health and technology risk.

Proof

Measurement, verification & reporting

KPI design, dashboards and third-party verification — so the strategy can be shown to have worked.

The practice

Global expertise, local delivery

P3Global is a multidisciplinary advisory practice. Health science, environmental science, building science, technology and public policy sit inside one firm rather than being coordinated across several — which is why a wellness strategy, a decarbonisation plan and an ESG disclosure can be one piece of work instead of three.

Headquartered in Dubai, operating across the region and into global markets, with established networks among local and international institutions. The practice was founded to make buildings healthier and more efficient worldwide, starting in the Middle East — where climate and rapid urbanisation allow it to be designed in rather than retrofitted later.

Disciplines under one practice

  • Energy, carbon and sustainability
  • AI, data and smart cities
  • Infrastructure and public safety governance

Why it matters

The opportunity sits inside the built environment

Buildings determine two things at once: how well people live inside them, and how much energy and carbon it takes to run them. Both are addressable, and largely by the same decisions.

Of life spent indoors

Making the quality of indoor environments a larger determinant of health than genetics.

People

Of global energy-related CO₂

From constructing and operating buildings — which makes them the largest single lever on emissions.

UNEP · Planet

Of Middle East electricity

Consumed by buildings — cooling above all. This is why we started here.

Regional · buildings & cooling

Buildings shape people

Environmental conditions indoors influence health, cognition, sleep and performance continuously and cumulatively, across decades of occupancy.

Buildings shape the planet

The same systems that determine comfort determine energy demand, operational carbon and resource consumption — so the two agendas are solved together or not at all.

How we work

From vision to measurable performance

We translate vision into strategy, strategy into design and implementation requirements, and real-world performance back into evidence for continuous improvement.

Continuous by design

The loop is the point

Measurement feeds back into strategy. We do not stop at strategy or design — the value is in connecting ambition to real-world outcomes, then using those outcomes to improve the next decision.

Each pass through the cycle starts from better evidence than the last. That is what separates advice which ends at a report from advice that compounds.

Strategy → design → implementation → operation → measurement → marketing
Intelligence

From strategy to intelligence

We help clients turn buildings into measurable, responsive environments — and technology is how the strategy gets carried out, not the strategy itself.

Assess

What's already there

Audit existing systems, sensing and data. Identify what is missing and what is simply not being used.

Define

What should be measured

Decide which metrics actually connect to the outcomes agreed at strategy — and ignore the rest.

Integrate

Connect the right systems

Vet and coordinate providers across HVAC, lighting, water and energy so the parts work together as one architecture.

Act

From monitoring to improvement

Apply modelling, analytics and AI where it earns its place — moving from passive dashboards to informed action.

We are technology-agnostic by design

We do not sell a platform and we are not tied to any vendor. Where proven solutions already exist, we identify, evaluate and help integrate the right ones for the asset. Where the market does not yet provide what a project needs, we help define, develop and validate what comes next.

That independence is the point: the recommendation follows the building and its outcomes, not a product roadmap.

The science

The science behind the strategy

We study the building, the environment, and the people inside it. Four disciplines, used together.

Health science

How environments affect people

Understanding how physical conditions influence human health, experience and performance.

  • Indoor air quality
  • Circadian lighting
  • Sleep
  • Acoustics
  • Thermal comfort
  • Movement
  • Human performance
  • Wellbeing outcomes
Environmental science

What people are exposed to

The totality of environmental exposures across air, water, materials and surroundings — the field known as the exposome.

  • Exposome
  • Air quality
  • Water quality
  • Materials & finishes
  • Chemical exposure
  • Particulates & VOCs
  • Microbial load
  • Cumulative load
Building science

How buildings actually behave

The interaction of climate, occupancy, systems and operations — and therefore of energy, carbon and resource performance.

  • Energy efficiency
  • Energy demand
  • Operational carbon
  • Decarbonisation
  • HVAC & airflow
  • Controls
  • Resource efficiency
  • Climate resilience
Data science

How we measure and improve

Connecting information across people, environmental conditions and building systems, then turning it into decisions.

  • Sensing
  • Data integration
  • Analytics
  • Modelling
  • Digital twins
  • Machine learning
  • Measurement & verification
  • Performance tracking

Four disciplines, used together — which is what lets one recommendation account for human and planetary outcomes at the same time.

Within environmental science — the exposome

Understanding the environments that shape health

The exposome describes the totality of non-genetic environmental exposures a person experiences across a lifetime. For the built environment it is a powerful lens: the conditions we design, measure and manage — from air and water to light, sound and thermal comfort — influence human health and well-being over time.

10×

More predictive than genetics

Environmental factors are collectively ten times more influential than an individual's genetic makeup in predicting premature mortality, with air quality, water quality and living conditions the major contributors. The exposome is the totality of those non-genetic exposures — and almost all of it accumulates indoors.

From evidence to audience

Technical findings only create value once people understand them. We translate building science, energy data and health evidence into clear language for the public, tenants, boards and regulators — without losing the accuracy underneath.
