• Performance Monitoring & Certification – Track operational performance with digital twins and IoT analytics to support LEED, BREEAM, WELL, and other healthy building programs.
• Capacity Building – Provide training for sales, marketing, and operations teams to strengthen sustainability literacy and long-term management capabilities.
• Digital Twin & IoT Integration – Establish a unified data architecture connecting energy, comfort, and wellness metrics for predictive insights and smarter operations.
• Design Optimization & Analytics – Simulate performance scenarios to inform decisions that improve efficiency, reduce carbon, and enhance occupant well-being.
• Quality Assurance & Partner Curation – Vet and coordinate technology providers across HVAC, lighting, water, and energy systems to ensure interoperability, reliability, and high-performance delivery.
• Performance Documentation & ESG Reporting – Manage WELL, LEED, BREEAM, and other certification processes, producing data-driven ESG reports that quantify outcomes and value creation.

• Health & Wellness Strategy & Positioning – Define a Signature Wellness DNA aligned with WELL and other healthy building programs, integrating measurable wellness objectives into the project’s design intent.
• Environmental Health Advisory – Provide guidance on air, water, circadian lighting, acoustics, and low-emission materials using science-based standards.
• Wellness Infrastructure Planning – Recommend biophilic and restorative design features, such as daylight optimization, hydrotherapy, meditation, and recovery spaces.
